2 1/16" (53 mm)" diameter
3/16" (3.5 mm) thick
5/16" (8 mm) center hole
This disc is the 2-hole sausage stuffer plate. Use this disc when stuffing meat into casings using your electric grinder.
*Note. This is a very common size grinder plate. However, these manufactures often make larger units. Please compare your needs to the measurements of this one. This plate will not fit MTN or Kitchenaid.
