Traditional Cajun style Jerky seasoning for Wild Hog, Beef, Venison, Elk, Moose, Pork, Turkey, Axis and Caribou. Just add your favorite game meat and use the dehydrator, oven or smokehouse.
Each 14 oz pack blends with 25 lbs of meat. Use 1 oz of seasoning to 3 lbs of meat for smaller quantities. Our Jerky seasonings include the cure packs. Cure usage is optional. Recommended if slow drying meat for an extended time.
