20" long x 1 1/2" wide. Each sleeve holds approx 2 lbs of meat.
Just add beef, venison, pork, turkey, elk, moose or your favorite game meat.
Our fibrous casings are permeable allowing smoke flavor to enter while creating a uniformed flavorful product. Simply hydrate casings in warm water for 30 minutes before stuffing. Tied on one end and open on the other. Tie or tape loose end when full. Non-edible. Peel before use. Our casings are always fresh. You can smell the freshness. They keep easily stored in a sealed container for up to 2 years at home.
