New curved blade design. Longer cutting surface. Fits both manual and electric grinders that use the #22 size accessories.
This blade measures 2 7/8" tip-to-tip. Center square hole is 1/2". This will fit your grinder if your plates are 3 3/16 "" across. Replaces Hobart part # 00-290372. Smaller sizes also available.
This will fit most brands like Biro, Berkel, Hobart, Tor-Rey, Cabelas, Universal, LEM, Univex and many others that use stainless knifes.
