Meat Grinding plate with two tabs

1/2" (12mm) holes for sausage and chili grind meat

This is a hard to find replacement plate.  Please confirm that you need size #12 plates with the two tabs.  These plates are approx 2 3/4" (69 mm) diameter.  Measure before ordering.

(We also have these parts with a single notch on the edge)

Note.  Some #12 meat grinders require a plate that is 2 1/2" diameter.  This is NOT that size.
