Plates measure 3 3/16" across. 7/16" center hole. 3/8" thick. Easy clean-up and storage. Each plate is marked with size for easy identification.

Fits many brands of meat grinders including most Hobart, Berkel, Univex, Enterprise, Cabelas, Tor-Rey, LEM, Blakeslee, Buffalo, Butcher Boy, Chop Rite, Biro, and MANY, MANY others.
